Book of Faith Sermon

I tried to give the congregation an experience in the Bible on a Sunday morning. 66 persons who came in were given a sign designating a book in the Bible. Then in the sermon, I had all the OT people move to one side, the NT to the other. (The signs were color coded to make it easy.) Then we divided up by Law, prophets, writings, Gospels, letters, Revelation. At each point I did some explanation. The sermon required a lot of movement, and that kept things active. You can find the sermon on our church's website www.holytrinity19086.org. Look for inspiring/sermons/ 2008-9-14 "Experiencing the Bible."
