Book of Faith and Storytellers
Hi everyone,

I am guessing that a few persons in most congregations have a gift of storytelling and could be helped to tell biblical stories effectively.  Bible story telling could greatly enhance our engaging the Scriptures at all ages.  Do you know of individuals in your congregations who do storytelling?  Or someone who could train others in learning to be a storyteller?

Great idea, Jim. In fact, upon reading your idea, I immediately thought of children's messages during worship. For one school year or season, they could be used to tell a quick story - maybe even with a projected image (or created prop) which places the story in a timeline of the Bible or Jesus' life. Thanks for getting me thinking, Jim.
